Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise store bought or homemade
2 tablespoon hot sauce Frank's RedHot, Cholula, or Louisiana Hot Sauce. Use less to make it less spicy.

Place mayonnaise and hot sauce in a small bowl and mix. Taste test and add more hot sauce if desired.

Storing: Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Freezing: I don't recommend freezing leftovers
Make Ahead: You can make this sauce up to 1-2 days in advance. It's even better when it's been sitting for a day or so!

Notes on hot sauce:

Some hot sauces are spicier than others
Generally, 2 tablespoons hot sauce for 1 cup of mayonnaise makes it a bit spicy, but not super spicy
If you'd prefer it less spicy, add just 1 tablespoon hot sauce for 1 cup of mayonnaise
Taste as you go! Add a little bit of hot sauce, mix, taste test, and add more if needed. If it's too spicy, add a bit more mayonnaise instead.
