Air Fryer Sweet Potatoes are done in just 15 minutes and come out perfectly baked. Seasoned with cinnamon & salt they're a great side for fish and chicken - and a delicious snack on their own.
2medium-sized sweet potatoespeeled and cut in wedges
1teaspoonolive oil
½teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer by running it for 5 minutes at 400°F (200°C).
Place sweet potato wedges in a bowl and season. Mix well.

Place seasoned wedges in air fryer basket and air fry for 15 minutes at 400°F (200°C). Every 5 minutes, bring out the basket and shake it gently.
When done, serve immediately as a side or as a snack on their own.

Ingredient notes & substitutions
Cinnamon can be skipped, or swapped for some ground black pepper
Olive oil can be switched for a neutral vegetable oil
Tips & tricks
Peel the sweet potatoes for the best experience
For crispier sweet potatoes fry in batches and make sure you only have one layer of wedges at a time in the basket
Switch up the seasoning and find your own favorite - some great seasonings include switching cinnamon for ground black pepper or dried basil and using sea salt flakes
Make the wedges roughly the same size for an even cook
Cook time will vary depending on the size of the wedges - check every 5 minutes to make sure they're not being overcooked
Reduce the amount of oil by mixing sweet potatoes with spices only, and then just brushing the air fryer basket with some olive oil
Store leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 4 days
