Instructions
Place the meat of the avocado in a shallow bowl and mash it well with a fork.
Add lime juice, salt and pepper and mix well.
Add sour cream and mix well.
Taste test and adjust seasoning as needed. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
