Breakfast Frittata

INGREDIENTS:

Butter Mushrooms Eggs Cream Sun-Dried Tomato Basil Leaves Feta Cheese

Mix the eggs, cream and black pepper in a small bowl

Melt the butter in a skillet and brown the mushrooms

Mix in the sun dried tomatoes and egg mixture. Allow the egg to cook on top.

Top with the feta cheese, serve with basil leaves and enjoy!
