green bell pepper
or other color, sliced thin

red bell pepper
or other color, sliced thin

olive oil
or neutral cooking oil

garlic clove

dried thyme
or other dried herbs

Instructions
Preheat the air fryer by running it for 5 minutes at 400℉ (200℃).
Coat the bell peppers in olive oil, followed by the seasonings.
1 green bell pepper,
1 red bell pepper,
2 tablespoon olive oil,
1 garlic clove,
¼ teaspoon salt,
¼ teaspoon pepper,
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Spread out the bell pepper slices in the air fryer basket and air fry 8 minutes at 400℉ (200℃), mixing them halfway, until soft and tender.

Don't overcrowd the air fryer basket.
You can have multiple layers, but don't fill the air fryer.
If you cook a big batch
at once
, the cooking time will be longer. I also recommend you mix it more than once while cooking.
Storing:
Store leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
Reheating:
Air fry 2-3 minutes at 400℉ (200℃) until heated through.
