Ingredients
2bone in pork chops1 inch (2.5 cm) thick
½teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoonpaprika powder
½teaspoonground black pepper
1teaspoonsalt
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer by running it at 375℉ (190℃) for 5 minutes.
While the air fryer is preheating, mix together the spices for the seasoning.
½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon paprika powder, ½ teaspoon ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon salt
Pat the pork chops dry and rub with the seasoning on all sides.

Place pork chops in the air fryer basket and air fry 10 minutes, then flip and air fry 5 minutes more, until almost cooked through. If using a thermometer, you want it to be 145°F (63°C). Exact cooking time will depend on the size and thickness of the pork chops, and your air fryer.
Wrap pork chops in aluminium foil and allow to rest 5 minutes before serving.

Ingredient notes & substitutions
Pork chops: I recommend bone in pork chops as they tend to be more flavorful, and less likely to dry out. But you can also use pork chops without the bone, or even frozen pork chops.
Seasonings: You can swap out the spices for others you enjoy, and create your own favorite spice mix.

Bring the pork chops to room temperature before cooking, for the quickest and most even cook
Don't overcook the pork chops - cook them to slightly below done, they will keep cooking while resting
