Bake parmesan crusted chicken in your oven for a quick, easy and very tasty dinner. The whole family will love this recipe - it's cheesy, crispy, and perfect for dipping. And all done in under 30 minutes!
Preheat your oven to 440°F (225°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pour the flour onto a plate or in a shallow bowl and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix well.
½ cup all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Crack the eggs into another shallow bowl and beat with a fork or whisk.

Combine panko braedcrumbs and parmesan cheese in a third plate or shallow bowl.
½ cup shredded parmesan cheese, 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
Dip the chicken thigh filets in first the flour, then the egg, and finally the breadcrumbs. Make sure they are well coated on all sides. Then spread out on the lined baking sheet.
1 lb chicken tenders
When all filets are breaded, bake in the middle of the oven at 440°F (225°C) for 10 minutes, until they are starting to brown on top. Then flip and bake 5 more minutes, until cooked through and golden on the outside.
Serve with your favorite sides and dipping sauces.
