garlic clove

Instructions
Place minced or pressed garlic with the salt in a shallow bowl. Mash it together to combine.
1 garlic clove,
⅛ teaspoon salt
Add mayonnaise and Greek yogurt and mix well.
½ cup mayonnaise,
¼ cup Greek yogurt
Taste test and season with ground black pepper.

Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Greek yogurt
can be swapped for another
neutral, unsweetened, yogurt
, like Turkish yogurt, or
sour cream
Greek yogurt and mayonnaise
can be swapped for
just crème fraîche
Let it sit for at least 30 minutes
before serving, for the flavors to deepen
If you're making it in advance
keep in mind that it will taste more and more of garlic the longer you let it sit
