Notes
This recipe was tested in a Philips HD9252/90 Air Fryer* and a Ninja DZ401 DualZone XL Air Fryer*. Cook time can vary with your air fryer model.Bring the pork chops to room temperature before cooking. This will help them cook quicker and more evenly.Use a meat thermometer. This is the best way to know when they are done, and to avoid over- or undercooking.Know when they are done. Remove from the air fryer when the internal temperature is 145°F (63°C). The meat should be white or just slightly pink, and the juices run clear.Don't overcook them. You want to air fry them until just before they are done, as they will keep cooking while resting.Let them rest. The final resting is very important for the end result. It allows the internal temperature to rise slowly for the final part, which means less risk of overcooking. This way you get a super juicy pork chop that's cooked just right.
