This oven-baked salmon with lemon pepper is one of my favorite fish recipes of all time. It's so healthy and easy to make - a perfect dinner for families, keto lovers, whole 30 followers and dairy & gluten avoiders alike. Baked skin-side down with lemon pepper and lemon juice it's a perfect meal served with a nice salad, roasted broccoli or my favorite way with just some plain rice.
Place the salmon skin-side down in an oven-safe pan. Squeeze over the juice from the lemon and then add the lemon pepper evenly.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until done. Serve immediately with your choice of sides!
This salmon is delicious to eat cold as leftovers
20 minutes usually cooks the salmon all the way through - if you want it pinker, take it out after 15 minutes and check. If you want to make sure it's cooked all the way through, do the same after 20 minutes and then put it back if necessary.
