    The Clementine Campari Spritz is a delicious aperitif with sweet clementine juice, bitter Campari and a dash of soda water. A twist on the classic Garibaldi, this Campari Spritz is sweet, bitter and sparkling - and sure to become a new favorite!

    • Campari can switched for Aperol - which will make this cocktail sweeter and less bitter
    • Soda water can be switched for Prosecco, this will give you a sweeter cocktail that's higher in alcohol
    • Clementines can be switched for oranges, or even orange juice - which will make it a bit less sweet and more acidic, and give less room for the taste of the Campari

    How to make it

    1. Pour campari and fresh squeezed clementine juice in a glass
    2. Mix
    3. Add ice cubes
    4. Top with soda water
    5. Decorate with a clementine wedge, and serve immediately!

    What's the difference between clementines and oranges?

    Apart from clementines being smaller than oranges, they are also a bit sweeter and a bit less acidic. More mellow in taste, in general. As such, they allow the Campari in this recipe to take up more space.

    • 2 ounces Campari
    • 3 clementines only the juice
    • 1 clementine wedge for decorating
    • ice

    Instructions

    • Mix Campari and fresh squeezed clementine juice in a glass. Add ice cubes and top with soda water. Decorate with a clementine wedge and serve immediately!
