If there's one thing I keep coming back to when it comes to my air fryer, it's using it to cook steak. I don't think I've ever cooked it on the stove since I created that first Air Fryer Rib Eye recipe! By now, I cook all types of steak (like flank steak, roast beef and steak bites) in it - even if it's frozen.
And what's better than a steak? Steak tips! Higher seasoning to steak ratio, and each individual piece perfectly cooked. And all done in just 10 minutes! How's that for an easy weeknight dinner?!

- Steak tips: buy already cut "tips" or get a nice piece of steak (rib eye and sirloin are good options) and cut them yourself
- Olive oil can be swapped for a neutral cooking oil
- Garlic powder can be swapped for garlic salt, but then hold the salt

- Add seasonings and mix again
- Place in air fryer basket
- Air fry 5 minutes or until done, flip them once halfway

Air Fryer Steak Tips

- 1 lb steak steak tips or steak cut in bite size pieces, about 1-inch cubes (2.5 cm).
- 1.5 tablespoon olive oil or neutral cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder or garlic salt
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon fine table salt skip if using garlic salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- sea salt flakes optional
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer by running it at 400℉ (200℃) for 5 minutes.
- Place steak in a bowl and pour over the olive oil. Mix well to coat.1 lb steak, 1.5 tablespoon olive oil
- Add the seasonings and mix well until the steak pieces are evenly coated.1 teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, ½ teaspoon fine table salt, ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- Place in air fryer basket and air fry 5-6 minutes at 400℉ (200℃), flipping them once halfway. Allow to rest for a few minutes before serving.
