- Frozen bacon - I used thin cut bacon, thick cut also works, see details below for how to adjust the time & temperature. I cut bacon in half before freezing, so it will fit well in my air fryer.
How to make it
- Place frozen bacon in a preheated air fryer basket. Air fry 4 minutes at 390°F (200°C), until thawed.
- Separate the bacon slices into a single layer.
- Air fry 4 more minutes, flipping the slices once halfway
- Place bacon on a paper towel for a few minutes, for maximum crisp

- Add a little bit of water to the bottom of your air fryer basket, to avoid smoke
- Preheat the air fryer for best results
- Don't defrost the bacon, cook it straight from frozen
- If you have a small air fryer - cut bacon in half before freezing, to make sure it fits
- Separate the slices as soon as possible to allow for an even cook
- Cook in a single layer once thawed
- Cook time can vary with different air fryers
- Store any leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 4 days

Instructions
- Preheat air fryer by running it at 390°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
