I am one of those people who always make too many fries. And for the longest time this meant throwing away and wasting food, or eating soggy fries the next day. And I don't want to do either!
Enter, the air fryer. With the help of circulating air, you can turn sweet potato fries crispy again in no-time. Read on to find out just how!
Why This is the Best Way to Reheat Sweet Potato Fries
- Crispy delicious sweet potato fries that taste just like fresh
- Less greasy than any other cooking method
- Crispier than if you reheat them with other methods
- Super easy and done in just 4-6 minutes + 5 minutes of preheating
- A tiny bit of oil is all you need to add
Expert Tips
- Preheat your air fryer for the crispiest fries & the quickest cook
- If you want to add extra seasoning, do so before cooking - right after the oil. This makes it stick better!
- Don't fill your air fryer basket. You can have multiple layers, just make sure there's still some room left.
- Mix the fries halfway for an even cook, especially if you're cooking in multiple layers
- Reheat only as much as you will finish - I don't recommend reheating multiple times
- Cook time will vary with your air fryer and how much you're making
