    Here's what's on my menu for the week ahead-easy, flavorful dinners that make cooking feel effortless. I'm keeping things fresh with a mix of comforting favorites and a few dishes that make weeknights feel a little special. Think a bright, tangy larb gai, cozy pastas for midweek comfort, and pork chops simmered in red wine to celebrate the weeknd. And if there's time left over? A big, flavorful paella is never a bad idea. Simple, satisfying, and fulfilling!
