    If I had to choose one flavor to eat every day the rest of my life, the answer would be simple: buffalo flavor.

    These days I often get my buffalo fix at home with Buffalo Wings, Buffalo Cauliflower or Buffalo Cauliflower Tacos, Buffalo Chicken Quesadillas, Buffalo Chicken Dip, Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches or even a Buffalo Chicken Pasta Bake.

    No matter what the vehicle is for my buffalo flavor, this buffalo wing sauce is what gives it that delicious, tangy, kick.

    • Salted butter: You can also use unsalted butter + a pinch of salt.
    • Hot sauce: I recommend Frank's Hot Sauce, Louisiana Hot Sauce or Cholula.

    1. Melt butter
    2. Add in hot sauce
    3. Mix while simmering, until combined

    Expert Tips

    • Adjust how spicy your sauce is by using more or less hot sauce
    • For an extra spicy sauce, you can add a bit of ghost pepper flakes or a dash of an extra spicy hot sauce
    • Use the sauce warm - either straight away, or reheat it before using
