What You Need to Make Them

Ingredient notes & substitutions
- Fingerling potatoes: You can also use other types of potatoes like red potatoes, Yukon gold, or russets. If the potatoes are larger, either cut them in quarters instead of halves or increase the cooking time.
- Worcestershire sauce: Can be skipped, but adds nice flavor.
- Butter: Salted or unsalted plus an extra pinch of salt.
- Garlic powder: You can also use garlic salt, but then skip the salt.
- Other seasonings: You can add fresh or dried herbs like basil, thyme or rosemary to mix it up.
How to Make Them

- Mix melted butter with the seasonings
- Cover potatoes in the butter mixture
- Place in air fryer basket
- Air fry until golden and crispy and fork tender
Expert Tips
- Don't overcrowd the air fryer basket. Some overlap is fine, but you don't want multiple layers.
- Be careful when removing the potatoes from the basket so you don't also get all the butter gathered underneath it. This will make them less crispy.
- Cook time can vary with your air fryer and the size of your potatoes. Use a fork to check when they are done - they should be soft inside.

Storing, Freezing & Reheating
Storing: Store leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
Freezing: Store leftovers in the freezer in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Keep in mind that the texture of potatoes changes quite a lot when freezing.
Reheating in the air fryer: Air fry 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Reheating in the microwave: Reheat starting with 1 minute and following with 30-second increments.
Recipe FAQ
Some people claim potatoes should be soaked before air frying, but I've tried it both ways and never got a better result when soaking them first. If anything, I find it's better not to!
If your potatoes are still hard, they're not done. Add a few more minutes, then check again.

These potatoes are soooo good. The worcestershire sauce adds such a good flavor component to these potatoes. Love them!

These potatoes are my new favorite. We made them for dinner the other night and my husband loved them so much I made them for Father’s Day too. We had 14 people over for dinner and everyone raved about them!
