With minimal prep & around 10 minutes of cooking you can make frozen pizza crispy, melty and delicious with the help of your air fryer. This is as close to pizzeria pizza your frozen pizza will ever get!
The Cheap & Easy Way to Have Good Pizza
Frozen pepperoni pizza is a staple in my freezer. There's nothing like it for a quick snack on those evenings when you can't even be bothered to order food.
And the air fryer is the very best way to cook it. The pizza comes out crispy thanks to that hot air hitting it from below, and perfectly golden, and almost rivals the pizza straight from the pizzeria. Don't believe me? Well, just try it and see for yourself...
Just Slice and Air Fry
A whole pizza won't fit in most air fryers, so I slice mine first. If it fits whole - great, then you can keep it like that.
Then air fry in a single layer until crispy with nicely melted cheese on top. See the box below for recommended cook time for different sizes of pizza!
Serve on its own, or with a few sides of your choice.
Got leftovers? You can reheat them in your air fryer as well!
How Long to Cook It
Cook time will vary with the type, size, and thickness of your pizza as well as with your specific air fryer. The times outlined below are a good starting point, but always make sure the pizza is cooked to your desired crispness before consuming, and keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn.
If your pizza starts to burn before it's heated all the way through, you can cover it with aluminium foil. I recommend folding the foil in under the pizza to ensure the hot air can not lift it.

Notes
- Pizza type: You can use any kinds of frozen pizza: thin crust, deep dish, mini pizzas or full size pizzas. See guide below for cook times for different types of pizzas.
- Pizza size: Most air fryers won't fit a full-size pizza, in that case I recommend mini pizzas or slicing the pizza. See guide below for cook times for different sizes of pizza.
- If the pizza starts to burn before it's cooked through, place some aluminium foil on top, folded in under the pizza to keep it in place
- Store any leftover pizza in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 4 days - but I recommend not air frying more than you will finish
